    DeVeera is a leading provider of technology solutions in California. Through partnerships and acquisitions, we continue to broaden our business portfolio and technical acumen.

    We are seeking a Sales Executive with a strong, competitive, and successful sales record to continue to grow business in the greater Monterey Bay area. The Sales Executive must be on continual pursuit of new business for DeVeera, establishing new prospects, negotiating agreements, acquiring projects, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This position requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, the ability to follow through with potential clients in an efficient and thorough manner and possess the ability to highlight our service and product offerings.

    The hours will generally be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a range of benefits from medical to PTO. Base salary plus commission of 7% to 15% depending on type of sales.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain a positive company image with co-workers, existing clients, and potential clients (actions, dress, and hygiene)
    • Communicate with potential customers on a regular basis, providing recommended solutions
    • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for the company.
    • Actively seek out new clients through known channels, obtain referrals from existing clients, cold calling
    • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects transitioning them to clients
    • Collaborate with management to improve marketing materials
    • Expand DeVeera’s presence in the Information Technology, Low Voltage cabling and Security marketplace
    • Develop sales strategies and share with appropriate management
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals
    • Provide sales reports and sales activities on a regular basis
    • Create and maintains sales documentation, process, and knowledge base content
    • Assist with the establishment and implementation of best practices
    • Help establish and lead achievement of sales goals
    • Participate in a variety of meetings including but not limited to sales, staff meetings and training
    • Maintain or exceed all sales goals
    • Work with Client Care Coordinator following up with new clients after successful sales

    Qualifications:

    • Proven sales experience success
    • Experience as a sales leader
    • Professional
    • Previous experience in sales in Information Technology or associated field is an added plus
    • Outstanding communication skills in various formats:
      • Speaking – in person and on phone
      • Writing – documentation, scope of work, proposals, email
