Position Description: The Management Analyst II will support advanced system administration, compliance reporting, and contract/vendor management for programs funded by HUD CDBG-DR grants. This mid-level position offers the opportunity to lead system enhancements, troubleshoot operational issues, and manage key workflows supporting resiliency programs.

Security Clearance Required: None
Required Skills:
5+ years experience in operations, grant administration, or systems analysis.
Strong working knowledge of Claro, Elations, and FRS systems.
Experience managing audit trails, user access roles, and document workflows.
Proficiency with compliance reporting and program monitoring systems.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with HUD CDBG-DR grant closeout procedures.
Experience with FTP scripting, Dynatrace, or SQL troubleshooting.
Prior work with NYS Housing Trust Fund Corporation or RHC.
