    About This Role:

    Role Overview: Universal Consulting Services (UCS) a subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Management Analyst II. The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Facilities Department, Port Hueneme, CA.
    Responsibilities:

    • Export execution reports from the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) system on a regular basis and update existing Excel execution workbooks. Create Network Activities (NWA) and track workflow of plan requirements.
    • Review travel authorizations, utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS), for completeness and approve or return for rework as necessary.
    • Create/Amend or Review purchase card, MILSTRIP, SAP, and OFD submissions for completeness and approve or return for rework as necessary. Track approval workflow in Procurement Request Tool (PRT) through PR creation in N-ERP.
    • Enter labor transfer request in LOCUS and attached appropriate documentations.
    • Submit Non-Labor Transfers (NLT) and provide appropriate documentations.
    • Review report from the Payroll Office when available, communicate with others to clear Undistributed Labor.
    • Initiate incoming funding documents for acceptance utilizing the Incoming Funding Tool (IFD). Track workflow approval until accepted by Comptroller.
    • Collaborate and Assist Financial PA’s, Comptroller, technical customers, both internal and external customers as required to complete required tasking.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Division and Branch Management

    The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:

    • Great attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills

    Education: B.S. in Associated fields

    Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

    Years of Professional Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience

    As partners in our team's success, we offer a comprehensive compensation structure that includes competitive base salaries, performance-based incentives, spot bonuses, referral bonuses, and more.
    The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000 to $50,000 (Annually USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
