Management Assistant
Vegan Treats Bakery is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Management Assistant to support our leadership team and help create an exceptional experience for our customers across in-store, online, and wholesale channels.
This role blends customer service, sales support, administrative assistance, and e-commerce coordination. It is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, creative, and growing business.
Responsibilities
Customer Service and Sales • Communicate with customers by email, phone, and online platforms • Assist with orders, product questions, pricing, and shipping • Help guide customers through their options and support the sales process from inquiry to fulfillment • Resolve concerns with care and ensure a positive experience
Management and Administrative Support • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team • Assist with scheduling, documentation, internal communication, and follow-ups • Help organize projects, timelines, and priorities • Support basic reporting, data entry, and sales tracking
E-commerce and Digital Support • Assist with maintaining the online store, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing • Help with seasonal launches, promotions, and website updates • Support customer communication for online orders and special releases • Coordinate with shipping and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
General Office and Operations Support • Keep records, files, and systems organized • Assist with vendor and wholesale communication when needed • Support special projects, events, and cross-department coordination • Step in to help wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service and sales • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through • Comfort with computers, email, spreadsheets, and e-commerce systems • A positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment • Experience in food, hospitality, or small business operations is a plus
