SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for its client in Baltimore, MD. This individual will be reporting directly to the AP/Cash Applications Manager and will have a pivotal responsibility in guaranteeing the precision and punctuality of invoice and payment reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Input invoices using accounting software
- Ensure the accurate entry of invoices with the appropriate coding
- Secure necessary approvals for invoice transactions
- Assist in executing payment processes (checks, wires, ACH, etc.)
- Handle daily operations involving multiple currencies for invoices and payments
- Conduct spontaneous reporting and research, and address inquiries
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years’ experience working in Accounts Payable required
- High school diploma required. Associates’ degree is preferred
- Prior experience with Microsoft products required
- Prior experience with Deltek Costpoint is preferred.
