SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Site Controller for its client in the Findlay / Bowling Green, OH area. This individual will be responsible for hands-on management of financial reporting and analysis for an automotive / complex products facility. Responsibilities will include: financial planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting; product and operating cost analyses; and tracking / driving performance measures and improvement. This person will report to the Plant Manager and/or CFO. On-site position. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Manage, evaluate and report financial data (forecasts, plans, operating results and performance objectives). · Finalize and manage monthly closing and consolidation; financial reporting; capital project and fixed asset justification, quoting and reporting; and profit planning analyses. · Oversee cost reduction, inventory and business improvement strategies and programs. · Lead as-required analyses in machine / labor costs, costing and pricing, and accounting processes/ KPIs improvement. · Develop / manage financial staff, and build cross-organizational relationships. QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required. · MBA preferred. · Automotive or Complex Manufactured Products experience, required. · 7 years of progressive experience in Accounting/Finance in a manufacturing environment and previous supervision / staff development experience required. · Experience with ERP systems and high level of expertise with MS Office, required. · Strong cost accounting and financial analysis background - including complex routings, standard costing, machine / labor / overhead costing, etc. - required. · Ability to analyze, prioritize, and manage multiple projects; and explain / counsel executive leadership regarding special projects and complex financial information.
