Responsibilities: • Getting Insurance Licensed and Securities Registered • Developing a Sales Pipeline • Recruiting and building out a business unit • Sales Management and Development • Driving production to hit office and company initiatives Qualifications: • Must have a high school diploma/GED; a College degree is preferred • 3+ years of experience in leadership and/or business development • Communication skills • Willingness and ability to get an insurance license in Financial Registrations Compensation: $200,000 at plan earnings yearly
