This program is designed for individuals who want to grow first as a Financial Professional and then transition into a management role, supported by structured training, mentorship, and proven business development tools. Career Development Opportunity Participants in the Accelerated Path to Management program will: • Begin their career as a Financial Professional to build product knowledge, client relationships, and business experience • Receive comprehensive training, one-on-one coaching, and access to digital tools to support performance • Develop the skills needed to succeed in both sales and leadership roles • Progress toward management responsibilities based on performance, licensing, and demonstrated leadership ability What We’re Looking For We’re seeking driven, high-achieving individuals who want to make a lasting impact on the financial well-being of individuals, families, and small businesses. Responsibilities: • Sell New York Life financial products and services • Develop and maintain client relationships through consultative financial planning • Meet defined sales and production requirements • Build a strong understanding of products, processes, and client needs Training and Support: • Comprehensive onboarding and product training • Access to digital tools and a broad range of competitive financial products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care, disability income insurance, and investment products • Securities licensing and FINRA registration are required prior to offering investment products (through NYLIFE Securities) Phase 2: Transition to Management (Next 6 Months) Prerequisites: Successful completion of Phase 1 performance benchmarks and required licensing. Program Overview: • Six-month Associate Partner training program focused on leadership and management development Responsibilities: • Recruit, coach, and develop a team of financial professionals • Provide mentoring and performance guidance • Support team production and business growth through leadership and training Career Path Graduates of the program may continue to advance into higher levels of management based on performance, leadership ability, and business results. Key Program Highlights • Designed for ambitious professionals seeking both sales and leadership experience • Hybrid career path that builds credibility through hands-on production experience • Progression based on performance, licensing, and demonstrated leadership potential Qualifications: Required Licenses & Certifications Have or be willing to obtain : • FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 registrations • Life and Health insurance licenses Experience & EducationMinimum: 2+ years of industry or sales management experience • Education: Master's degree or equivalent professional experience Core Competencies • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively • Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets • Comfortable working in a team-based environment Professional Skills & Traits • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Excellent time management skills • Ability to inspire, motivate, and coach others to achieve goals NORTH AND SOUTH CAROLINA RESIDENTS ONLY. This is not a remote position. Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 yearly
