(MSA) is a diversified information management company that for over half a century has given market leaders the competitive edge in data management, analytics and security.  MSA’s Life Sciences Division provides software solutions for both health care providers such as hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and research organizations and health & fitness communities. 

    We are seeking an exceptionally talented and motivated individual to fill a role as Marketing Manager to help support and expand our mobile portfolio for the health & fitness communities. Candidates should be caring, quality-driven, and self-motivated. We need someone ready for a challenge that has the skills, aptitude, and experience needed to design and deploy a comprehensive marketing strategy to help us build our brand and create value for the company. This role requires extensive work across a variety of public and social media platforms.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Creating and executing marketing plans that establishes and supports our brand and public presence
    • Manage and coordinate our products’ digital footprint through website, social media, SEO, and other content
    • Coordinate and attend tradeshows and other promotional and corporate events
    • Manage the development of system-wide marketing campaigns as stand-alone efforts and/or integration into existing campaigns
    • Develop and track metrics to measure the reach, efficacy, and overall success of marketing programs and campaigns
    • Create and maintain content for marketing collateral, websites, app store descriptions, and social media channels
    • Lead business development efforts for existing products and services
    • Assist in building and presenting business cases for product roadmap by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
    • Work with Product, Development, QA, and Management teams to define product features
    • Support existing products by collecting and responding to user feedback

    Required Skills

    • Four-year degree in Business, Life Sciences, Health Informatics, or related discipline; MBA or related advanced degree a plus
    • Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing including the development of marketing communications, web-based program management, and brand building
    • Experience building, executing and expanding revenue-producing marketing plans
    • Experience with website and social media management software such as WordPress, Tag Manager, and Later
    • Experience with Analytic and SEO software including Google Analytics, Apple Apps Store, Google Play, and Social Media (Facebook and Instagram)
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills: ability to understand technical and analytical topics and convey meaning to general audience
    • Strong visual and design skills with a high attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal and team skills; comfortable presenting to/conversing with management and clients
    • Self-starter that is willing to accept new challenges
