    We are currently hiring a Management Trainee for an exciting entry-level opportunity. This role is designed for driven individuals looking to develop leadership, marketing, and operations skills while building a long-term career in business management.

    Position Overview

    As a Management Trainee, you'll work alongside our leadership team to learn the ins and outs of marketing, team management, and event execution. You'll gain hands-on experience in running campaigns, coordinating promotions, and leading teams—all while receiving the support and training needed to grow into a leadership role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support daily business operations and assist senior management in strategic planning

    • Help develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand growth

    • Lead and mentor small teams, promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture

    • Coordinate promotional events , ensuring smooth execution and high levels of client satisfaction

    • Analyze campaign performance and offer insights to improve efficiency and results

    • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for innovation and continuous improvement

    • Assist in onboarding and training new team members, helping to build a strong, capable workforce

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

    • A self-motivated, team-oriented mindset with a passion for marketing , business , and personal development

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

    • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership is a plus, but not required

    • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
