Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with mid-level and senior management to learn project management, customer service, and team leadership skills
- Manage and grow relationships with existing client accounts and consumer bases
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, customer outreach programs, and business development strategies
- Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience and retention
- Participate in daily training programs on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance updates
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
- Assist in creating and delivering employee onboarding and training programs
- Monitor and evaluate team performance using 30-60-90 day development plans
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of leadership experience (professional, internship, sports, or student leadership roles)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
- Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or client-facing roles is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Interest in developing leadership, training, and management skills
