Job Description
As a Management Trainee , you’ll be immersed in a hands-on learning experience that covers all aspects of our business, from front-end sales and marketing to office operations. Your journey will include:
Sales & Customer Engagement: Learn how to connect with new customers, educate them on our clients’ products, and drive brand awareness to build and maintain a strong consumer base.
Marketing & Brand Representation: Work closely with national brands and retail partners to execute promotional events and in-store campaigns.
Leadership Development: Gain firsthand experience in team management, goal setting, and performance tracking.
Business Operations: Develop an understanding of office management, recruitment, and business strategy.
Advancement into Territory Management: As you gain experience, you’ll transition into a leadership role overseeing sales territories, managing a team, and expanding our client’s market presence.
