You will rotate through various departments, gain exposure to company operations, and contribute to strategic projects alongside experienced managers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions and department rotations to understand core company operations

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for efficiency improvement

• Assist with team management and support operational planning

• Coordinate with senior management on strategic initiatives

• Lead small-scale projects and provide status reports
