    Long-Term Career Path

    The long-term objective of this role is to develop into a Senior Operations Manager / Team Leader responsible for:

    Managing and supporting the US Drug Test Centers team

    Overseeing operational projects and timelines

    Improving efficiency and internal processes

    Helping increase company revenue and growth

    Keeping the team organized, focused, and motivated

    Assisting leadership with strategic initiatives

    Initial Responsibilities

    While learning the business, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

    Assisting with operational and administrative tasks

    Supporting ongoing company projects

    Coordinating with team members and departments

    Helping track project progress and deadlines

    Maintaining organization of internal systems and workflows

    Assisting with reporting and data tracking

    Learning all aspects of the US Drug Test Centers business model
