Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our growing event marketing team. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on training in all aspects of event marketing, campaign management, client relations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about marketing and events.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns
Support on-site event coordination and ensure smooth event operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives
Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance
Maintain strong client and customer relationships
Track budgets, timelines, and event logistics
Participate in training sessions focused on leadership and management development
Provide post-event reporting and performance insights
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or recent graduate)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools
Previous internship or experience in events, marketing, or customer service is a plus
