Clerical / Administrative assistant
JOB PURPOSE: Provides administrative support on a wide variety administrative units including answering phones, assisting customers, staff, or others, preparing documents and reports, compiling records, scheduling meetings, organizing and maintaining information, coordinating calendars, analyzing data including budgetary expenditures, and providing general office support. Duties are performed at various levels within the defined title. DUTIES: *Conserves executive's time by reading, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications. *Screens, researches and manages correspondences, messages, telephone calls; resolves issues. *Provides secretarial services by drafting correspondence; transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data, and graphics; establishing and maintaining files and records; collecting and analyzing information; preparing reports. Skills/Qualifications: *Comfortable with online platforms and tools such as Google documents, Microsoft Excel, and Word *A clear and effective communicator *Tech-savvy *Organized and Efficient *Spanish speaking a plus
