    HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Manager, Acute Rehab for a 250+ bed hospital in CA.

     Requirements:

    • Education: BSN required
    • License: Active CA RN License required.
    • Experience: Patient Experience, Financial/FTE Management, Retention, Employee Engagement/Quality Metrics (decreasing falls, CLABSI, Cauti)
    • Certifications: BLS AHA required
    • Computer Skills: EMR and Microsoft Office Suite; must be computer savvy

     

    Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
