Our team develops and implements content policies that center our viewers and excite our collaborators, including creators, advertisers, and brand partners, to deliver the best experience for all audiences. We support innovative advertising and culture-defining entertainment programs while ensuring that NBCUniversal’s advertising and program content reflects the sensibilities of our company and respects our varied community of fans.
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Manager to join our team. You will be a positive, highly professional leader with a thoughtful, proactive nature, strong interpersonal instincts, and the ability to influence others and solve problems collaboratively. You will be responsible for evaluating advertising and programming content, with latitude for initiative, judgment, and action. You will be expected to spot issues, think quickly, and make accurate decisions to maintain the integrity of NBCUniversal and the trust of our audience. As we are a multi-disciplinary team, you will be flexible, pitching in across both advertising and program standards as needed.
This role is based in Los Angeles and reports to the Vice President, Standards. As we are a geographically distributed department with teams in Los Angeles, Miami, and New York, you will be expected to partner effectively and seamlessly with colleagues across the department to achieve common goals.

Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 (bonus eligible)
