    The Area Capital Equipment Manager is responsible for driving growth in CoolSculpting ELITE® and CoolTone® businesses primarily by planning and executing machine leasing and rental agreements. This role supports the Allergan Aesthetics Portfolio business at the Area Sales level and involves direct engagement with customers to facilitate machine placements, product conversions, while ensuring alignment with sales strategies with a high degree of collaboration with internal stakeholders. This role reports to the Head of the Capital Equipment team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales & Leasing Equipment: * Collaborate with Regional Product Managers (RPMs) and Product Development Managers (PDMs) to identify opportunities for converting legacy customers to ELITE systems and placing new machines. * Validate ELITE machine placement opportunities in coordination with Body Contouring (BC) consumables sales and Regional Sales Leaders (RSL). * Develop customer engagement plans and work with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to explore opportunities for converting to ELITE systems in Facial Tier 1-2 accounts * Develop and execute strategic plans for portfolio opportunities in collaboration with ASLs, RSLs and all field level stakeholders in support of the overall portfolio strategy.
    • Customer Engagement & Negotiation: * Negotiate and execute machine purchase, leasing, and/or rental agreements. * Educate customers on economics, value, and opportunity of our technology and capital equipment.
    • Collaboration & Coordination: * Interact with BDMs and PDMs during negotiations keeping them informed. * Facilitate equipment training and implementation after agreements are signed. * Work closely with Area Sales Teams and the Area Pack to identify new placement opportunities for Body Contouring machines and capitalize on portfolio growth opportunities.

    ** Education and Experience**

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field, MBA preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years in healthcare/medical aesthetic experience
    • Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring field colleagues without authority.
    • Experience identifying opportunities and goals with target customers, creating customer specific business plans, designing mutually agreed Key Strategic Initiatives, deploying resources and tactics to achieve KPIs, and achieving measurable success.
    • Market planning/strategy development experience.

    • Field based position with the ability to travel, a minimum of 60%.
