    Job Title: Manager – Business Development Location: Remote (United States) Compensation: $100,000 base + OTE

    About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager – Business Development to drive SaaS revenue growth in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a top-performing sales professional who excels at closing deals, building strong client relationships, and consistently exceeding targets.

    You will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer value and long-term growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Revenue & Pipeline Growth

    Drive new business acquisition across the U.S. SaaS market

    Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing

    Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

    Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

    Client Engagement

    Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

    Identify client needs and provide tailored, consultative solutions

    Deliver engaging product demonstrations and customized proposals

    Strategy & Market Execution

    Execute go-to-market strategies across assigned territories or segments

    Identify market opportunities and share insights on trends

    Collaborate with marketing teams on outbound campaigns and lead generation

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and retention

    Provide feedback to Product teams to enhance offerings

    Work closely with Sales leadership on forecasting and planning

    Sales Operations

    Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management

    Provide consistent sales forecasts and performance reports

    Leverage data to improve conversion rates and deal velocity

    Qualifications

    5+ years of SaaS sales experience in the U.S. market

    Proven track record of exceeding B2B sales quotas

    Strong experience managing full-cycle SaaS sales

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

    Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
