Position: Manager, Business Development - Contract Manufacturing

Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. • Address and resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues. • Direct and coordinate business activities internally to drive revenue growth. • Analyze customer demand forecasts, and track key sales metrics. • Set target and strategic goals while managing and evaluating team performance. • Plan and oversee training of new team members.

Qualifications & Skills

Required: • 7+ years of experience in sales or business development. • Experience in contract manufacturing is highly preferred. • Experience with semiconductor industry is a plus. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to lead, guide, and mentor sales team. • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Adaptability to a fast-paced, multitasking environment. • Bilingual in Mandarin is required. • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
