  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Own and grow marketing relationships for fintech, B2B, and commercial partners, contributing to the ideation and development of end-to-end marketing programs
    • Support business development efforts by shaping, pricing, and selling in marketing solutions aligned to client goals
    • Lead planning and execution of marketing initiatives, which may include customer insights and research, product launches, lifecycle marketing, creative development, and multi-channel activation (email, paid social, paid media, search, OOH, influencer, sponsorships, and events)
    • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including project plans, timelines, budgets, agency briefs, creative reviews, and vendor coordination
    • Partner cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, analytics, research, brand, communications, digital media, legal, and external agencies to deliver cohesive marketing programs
    • Oversee internal processes tied to marketing engagements, such as pipeline tracking, project approvals, scopes of work, vendor invoicing, and revenue tracking
    • Respond to ad hoc requests from clients, senior leaders, and internal stakeholders with professionalism and urgency
    • Bring a solutions-oriented mindset, adaptability, and a positive, results-driven approach to all work
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Experience working with creative or media agencies
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple initiatives
    • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities
    • High level of comfort working in fast-moving, highly matrixed environments
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 6+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree
    • Background in marketing, consulting, or agency roles involving strategy, project management, or campaign execution
    • Experience in fintech, financial services, payments, or consulting environments
    • Comfort leading conversations with senior clients and internal stakeholders
    • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with budgets and performance metrics
    • Experience managing client accounts and supporting business development efforts
    • Proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record of proposing solutions and driving work forward

    Additional Information

    This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

    The starting pay range for this role is $60/ph - $65/ph. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
