Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Business Solutions, the Manager, Business Solutions leads a team that supports Global Media Operations by ensuring the effective execution of large-scale technology programs as well as process improvement in support of strategic business goals and objectives. This role will collaborate with leaders across varying business units and technology portfolios to ensure proper cross-functional coordination and execution across delivery teams from intake to completion. The ideal candidate brings excellent communication and relationship management skills to influence and resolve issues with various stakeholders.
The Manager, Business Solutions will provide business strategy and oversight for creating, sustaining, implementing, and driving efficient and effective technical initiatives and processes in support of business objectives. Collaborating with leaders and stakeholders from Media Group and the Operations and Technology (O&T) teams to ensure proper coordination and execution of activities related to the intake and delivery of business initiatives and technology programs. This role will be responsible for overseeing multiple areas across the content and marketing supply chains.
Qualifications
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
