Role Overview:
Join the Paramount Streaming team as a Manager, Campaign Analytics focusing on our paid media efforts on PlutoTV & Paramount+. In this role, you'll translate performance data into clear insights that shape strategy, guide optimization, and tell the story of how our campaigns perform. You'll collaborate closely with channel leads, monitor results against benchmarks, and deliver polished reports that influence decisions across teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze campaign performance and turn data into clear, actionable insights
• Present findings to internal and executive teams in a compelling, easy to understand way
• Ensure data accuracy through QA of raw campaign inputs and support data aggregation
• Provide strategic recommendations on audience targeting, partner mix, and budget allocation
• Maintain a process oriented approach while adapting to the evolving digital landscape
• Continuously explore new tools, methods, and efficiencies to improve analytics workflows
• Function as a bridge between BI/Data Engineering teams and translate to Marketing teams to solve improve workflows to deliver business results
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in digital media at a brand, agency, or related vendor
• Background in marketing, advertising, ad tech, or analytics; entertainment streaming experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of digital paid media metrics, attribution, and performance benchmarks
• Experience with ad servers (e.g., CM360) and paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.), and familiarity with MMPs (especially Kochava)
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python and/or R
• Advanced data analysis skills using Excel, Tableau, Data Studio, or Looker, including dashboard creation and multi source data extraction
Additional Qualifications:
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Ability to create polished, visually engaging presentations in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm , and a proactive work style
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities as needed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $98,400.00 - 130,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
