HCT seeks an experienced professional to serve as the Interim Manager, Cath Lab for a 250+ bed hospital in California. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in cardiac catheterization and demonstrated success managing a high-volume interventional program.

Assignment Details:

• Interim contract (13 weeks to start)
• All travel expenses covered, including housing, airfare, and rental car
  

Job Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing multiple Cath Labs
• Direct experience with advanced Echo and Structural Heart procedures

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• Graduate of a CAHEP-accredited CVT program or completion of a 2-year AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
  

Licensure/Certifications:

Radiologic Technology Graduates:

• CRT and Fluoroscopy required
• One of the following: ARRT (CI), RCIS, RCES (CCI), or CEPS (IBHRE)
• Current BLS (AHA) required OR willing to obtain upon hire required

CVT Program Graduates:

• One of the following: RCIS, RCES (CCI), or CEPS (IBHRE)
• Current BLS (AHA) OR willing to obtain upon hire required
