• Strong leadership and management skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent written and analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines are required.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work in a team environment is critical. Motivation and drive are important.
• Successful time management skills are required.
• Strong technical skills on the following applications preferred: Excel, PowerPoint, LawCruit, Oracle and viDesktop.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities; excellent attention to detail; ability to take initiative and work independently.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:

• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant legal, personnel or recruitment experience along with prior management experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the legal profession and law firm structures.
