HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Manager, Clinical Services for a Health System in San Francisco Bay Area, CA

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• We are seeking an experienced Interim Manager, Clinical Services to provide nursing and administrative oversight for Urgent Care Clinics, as well as, Adult Medicine, Adult Immunology.
• The leader will directly oversee Urgent Care staff and indirectly oversee Adult Medicine and Adult Immunology staff through a supervisor/lead.
• The ideal candidate will have strong ambulatory/outpatient leadership experience and the ability to support clinical operations, staffing, workflow optimization and team performance.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required;
• Experience: Leadership experience overseeing nursing teams and clinical staff
• License: Active CA RN License required
• Certifications: BLS; ACLS through the American Heart Association
• Computer Skills: Information systems experience (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite
