Job Description
We are looking for a high-impact Manager, Consolidation & Long-Range Planning to join our fast-paced, analytically driven Finance team. This is not a traditional FP&A role. This is a strategic Finance leadership position designed for top-tier talent with consulting or investment banking backgrounds who thrive in dynamic, growth-oriented environments. As the primary owner of the consolidated budget, forecast, and long-range plan, you will work cross-functionally with teams across Consumer, Business, Operations, and Capital Planning to gather consolidated outputs, challenge assumptions, and translate business activity into a unified financial story. You’ll drive the end-to-end planning calendar and ensure our financial outputs reflect both the strategic direction and operational realities of the business. In addition to managing core FP&A processes, you’ll partner closely with functional and senior executives to provide real-time insights, scenario modeling, and proactive recommendations that support decision-making at the highest levels of the company.
