We are consumer-obsessed and want to give our consumers something to write home about by using data to understand and improve their experience across Mattel’s direct-to-consumer brands, Mattel Creations and American Girl. The Manager – Consumer Data and Advanced Analytics sits at the intersection of business and technology as a key member of the Direct-to-Consumer Consumer Data and Analytics team and you will be influential in unlocking the value of consumer data and establishing the tools, methods, and processes for the future. You’ll be hands-on leader, working closely with other teams within the DTC organization and across the broader company to drive strategy and action through high-quality and timely analysis and tools.
