    Job Description

    This position reports to the Director of Creative Partnerships and is part of a dedicated, hard-working team committed to delivering outstanding results for our brand partners. We are seeking a Manager to support both pre-and post-sale partnership efforts, helping NBCUniversal media partners excel on Peacock and with NBCU's premium Scripted content.

    The Manager role involves collaborating on best-in-class creative campaigns, including integrations, branded content, and sponsorship opportunities with NBCU's slate of Peacock Programming (including Peacock Originals, films and hit library series) and high-impact ad innovation campaigns across Peacock.

    Responsibilities:

    • RFP Responses & Pitch Development : Partner with internal teams to lead pre-sale RFP responses by developing compelling, customized proposals for clients – inclusive of Peacock content sponsorship opportunities, Peacock ad innovation solutions, and more – that exceed advertising partner KPIs.
    • Post-Sale Client Management and Campaign Execution: Responsibilities include leading communication between client and internal creative teams to execute campaign sold elements (integrations, ad products, custom content, experiential, etc.), maintaining status documents and timelines (both internal and external), and preparing presentation materials for client meetings.
    • Marketing Strategy/Proactive Collateral Development : Collaborate with the Director to create, develop, and maintain a portfolio of proactive sales materials. This involves working closely with all relevant internal groups across NBCUniversal’s Ad Sales organization (including Sales, Planning, Ad Product Strategy, and Creative) to formulate high-impact creative solutions and opportunities for advertising partners; as well as designing and synthesizing materials to tell the most impactful story.
    • Post-Campaign Materials : Lead cross-functional teams in development of post-campaign materials and analysis, such as internal case studies and partnership wrap reports for clients.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience at an agency, media company, streaming platform, or sales organization
    • Demonstrated track record of success in contributing to integrated marketing and branded content campaigns from creative problem-solving brainstorms and idea proposal through execution.
    • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and specialties.
    • Experience in digital solutions within the streaming landscape, new digital platforms and products.
    • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Monday.com and a working knowledge of SharePoint, Salesforce, Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

    • Media Marketing Knowledge : Well-versed in media marketing, OTT marketplace, the sales process, and the creative development process.
    • Passion for Media and Pop Culture : Enthusiastic about the streaming media landscape, television series, pop culture, and the digital media space. Dedicated to creating innovative, best-in-class client solutions. Experience in the media space preferred, but not a requirement.

    Salary range: $95,000 - $105,000 (bonus eligible)

    This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
