    The Role

    Peacock’s Advanced Analytics team is hiring a Manager of Cross Product Analytics who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and strategy. You will lead a small team that connects insights across Peacock and NBCU’s digital apps, identifying what keeps users engaged, what drives retention, and how we can build stronger relationships with millions of fans.

    This role is ideal for someone who’s just as comfortable in SQL as they are in a room full of senior stakeholders. You’ll uncover patterns in messy datasets, translate them into meaningful narratives, and influence product and marketing decisions that shape the future of streaming at NBCUniversal.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead cross product analysis covering Peacock and NBCU’s TVE apps to identify user behaviors and content patterns that drive engagement and retention.
    • Design, measure, and report on OKRs tied to subscriber health, product performance, and retention outcomes.
    • Build forecasting models that guide business planning and scenario simulations.
    • Develop and QA data pipelines and dashboards in Tableau that surface actionable insights for product, growth, and leadership teams.
    • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data Engineering to set up, measure, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests.
    • Detect and resolve data integrity issues across platforms to ensure analytical accuracy and reliability.
    • Manage and mentor one direct report, helping them grow in technical, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Present complex findings in clear, concise, and engaging ways that inspire confident action.

    Who You Are

    • 4 or more years of experience in analytics, including at least 1 year managing or mentoring analysts.
    • Strong SQL skills in Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery. You value efficiency and write elegant, optimized queries.
    • Proficient in Tableau with the ability to build self-serve dashboards and executive-ready visual narratives.
    • Comfortable with experimentation and statistical methods such as A/B testing, statistical significance, regression, and clustering.
    • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex data and influence decision-makers.
    • Collaborative, personable, and curious, with a mix of technical skill and business acumen.
    • Detail-oriented and determined to see projects through from start to finish.
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics or automation.
    • Background in direct to consumer, digital media, or streaming businesses.
    • Experience with Amplitude, Adobe Clickstream data, mParticle, Launch Darkly

    Additional Information

    • Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
