  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The purpose of this job is to supervise the Employee Relations Services (ERS) team in addition to facilitate and advise on employee relations and store wellness.

    In this role you will:

    1. Supervise and provide assistance to the employee relations team; select, coach, train, and develop direct reports, to include appraising job performance and conducting performance reviews
    2. Resolve complex employee relations issues including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations
    3. Monitor and review background and MVR results and respond to concerns from the background check adjudication process; escalate when necessary
    4. Draft responses for DOL, EEOC investigations and employment litigation threats
    5. Maintain ERS team processes and procedures
    6. Oversee store wellness visits; track and report results
    7. Draft and maintain compliance calendar, team member handbooks and other compliance documents; update corporate policy documents and policy management system
    8. Aid in gathering of documentation as it pertains to annual compliance for federal contractor program
    9. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
