Well-known technology platform company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Security to lead and grow a team of Security Engineers. In this role you will own the strategy and execution of the company’s enterprise security program, with a strong focus on advancing Zero Trust principles across the organization. You will manage and mentor engineers while staying hands-on with the technical direction across email security, DLP, insider threat, endpoint security, identity governance, incident response, and compliance. Your work here will protect the entire organization and directly shape how security is built into systems, SaaS tools, and the SDLC.

What you need:

• 10+ years of enterprise security experience
• 2+ years managing or leading a team of security engineers
• Hands-on experience with Zero Trust architecture, Advanced Email Security, DLP, and Endpoint Security (ex: CrowdStrike)
• Infrastructure as Code / configuration management experience (ex: Terraform)
• Strong knowledge of identity governance (ex: Okta, SailPoint), SaaS security, and compliance (SOX, SOC 2)
• Incident Response and threat detection experience, including SOAR automation
• Scripting skills for security automation (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills (ex: lead tabletop exercises, present to leadership, drive cross-team adoption)

Nice to have:

• SOAR tooling experience, Tines preferred
• AWS security services, containerized environments, and GitOps
• Experience leading penetration testing and security awareness/phishing programs
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC
