    Job Description

    The Field Coach role provides in-store, in-the-field, and on-the-floor coaching for Field Staff, focused on improving behaviors, team performance, and maintaining a focus on the program's initiatives and signup-led conversations. You will also contribute to our internal training strategy, formation of content, and planning. You must personify the ideal Brand Ambassador and Field Manager of this program.

    You will:

    • Provide in-field post-onboarding coaching support for new markets
    • Work with the Training Supervisor & Regional managers to collect field insights / performance data and use these findings to help guide future training strategies
    • Help oversee the effectiveness of in-field training programs against predefined metrics
    • Help improve team performance with 1:1 behavioral-led coaching
    • Maintain an understanding of the brand service, its features, and benefits and how this is integrated into conversations with customers
    • Support Field Managers and Brand Ambassadors to connect authentically with customers, by following the core principles introduced during onboarding and other formal team trainings
    • Focus on coaching techniques, separately from training
    • Look to improve coaching skillset, and share industry insights which may benefit the program
    • Be on-site and in the field during active days, which typically include weekends
    • Provide updates directly with the Global Training Director
    • Work with Staffing Department
    • Analyze Secret Shopping Data
    • Respond to any emails or communications related to the team's coaching needs
    • Use judgment to shift market visits according to prioritize Field Teams that may benefit from coaching sooner
    • This is a remote role, travel is required (80% of the time, including weekends)
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrate background in coaching, especially in a customer-relations environment
    • Understand the brand identity and assessing whether Field teams on site are engaging with customers in a way that is up to brand standards
    • Use hardware and software that supports the role, including laptops and mobile devices (both Android & iOS)
    • Navigate collaborative platforms on both iOS and Microsoft: Keynote, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook/Teams/SharePoint, Zoom, plus in-field reporting tools (training will be provided)
    • 3+ years of experience in retail, retail brand, brand marketing
    • Knowledge of consumer culture
    • Experience faciliting meeting and confidence to give presentations.
    • Comfortable working with a variety of partners, including clients, executives, and field teams.
    • Must be responsible, punctual, and professional

    Additional Information

    The anticipated salary for this position is $51,000 - $83,375 (Semi-Monthly). Salary is based on variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other factors permitted by law.

    Eligible for Sick and Safe time off, and Paid Holidays.
