The Fair Employment group is part of the Labor & Employment Department and is comprised of three verticals (Fair Employment Practices & Policies, Fair Employment Training, and Positive Employee Relations), serving as a key, central point of contact to address concerns raised by employees, including complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; facilitating Respect in the Workplace training; and conducting employee roundtables.
The Manager, Fair Employment Practices role will be responsible for conducting internal investigations of employment-related complaints. This role will also deliver Respect in the Workplace training and facilitate employee roundtables. The Manager, Fair Employment Practices will report to the Senior Director, Fair Employment Practices in Los Angeles, but also supports the Fair Employment Training and Positive Employee Relations teams.

This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the Universal City, CA office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 (bonus eligible).
