As the first national smart space installation and services company, we’re growing fast and looking for a detail-driven Manager, Finance Operations to help keep our team running smoothly and support our expanding operations across the United States.

    Why You’ll Love This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy NetSuite Systems Accountant to support accounting operations across a dynamic, multi-branch organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, systems, and operations, with a strong command of accounting workflows and ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    ERP & Systems Optimization

Act as the subject matter expert for NetSuite ERP across all modules relevant to finance and operations.

Support ongoing system configuration, upgrades, testing, and day-to-day troubleshooting.

Assist in automating processes to improve scalability and efficiency.

Participate in systems migration projects, particularly for newly acquired businesses.

    Process Documentation & SOP Development

Lead the development, updating, and standardization of SOPs (e.g., Exception Reporting, Project Initiation, AR).

Document improvements to workflows and systems, and ensure proper version control and accessibility of materials.

Create training materials and support onboarding and training for new users.

    Internal Stakeholder Support

Provide one-on-one and team-level accounting process and system support to key stakeholders.

Serve as a go-to resource for troubleshooting system or process issues and providing practical guidance.

    Issue Resolution & Communication

Coordinate across branches and users to investigate and resolve ERP configuration issues, workflow disruptions, and reporting discrepancies.

Serve as the liaison between Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure smooth, effective resolution of process gaps.

    Month-End Close & Revenue Recognition

Support branches in accurately and timely conducting month-end close activities, with a focus on revenue recognition workflows.

Collaborate with the accounting team to align outputs with GAAP standards and internal reporting needs.

What You Bring to the Team

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in systems analysis, ERP support, or accounting operations.

Strong NetSuite ERP experience is required.

Solid understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition, and full-cycle accounting processes.

Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills are vital.

Proven ability to develop SOPs and support process documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of working effectively across departments.

Experience providing training and support to both technical and non-technical users.

    You Will Likely Have

CPA or similar accounting certification (a plus but not required).

Experience in multi-branch or project-based businesses (e.g., construction, services).

Familiarity with Celigo, MS Dynamics, or other ERP/integration platforms.

Exposure to ERP scripting, automation, or workflow customization tools.

Background in supporting business integration or acquisition transitions.

Experience migrating businesses from QuickBooks to NetSuite would be a major advantage.
