The Opportunity:
Mattel is currently seeking a Manager of Technology - Global Supply Chain. This position will be responsible for a portfolio of applications and projects, and will drive the digital transformation of the Mattel Global Supply Chain (GSC) in collaboration with business stakeholders. This role will be focused in cross-functional supply chain domains such as quality, safety, regulatory and compliance, and sustainability to help ensure that Mattel meets all requirements to sell our products in global markets.
This role will manage project managers, business analysts, and technical resources within Mattel, our service providers, and our software providers. The Manager will need to partner with the business on process harmonization and requirements, with the architects on solution alignment and with our developers to deliver capabilities that are aligned with our business strategy and goals.
This position will report direct to Mattel’s Key Senior Manager IT in the Global Technology Organization (GTO) Global Supply Chain team. This role is expected to work independently to manage the assigned portfolio with required guidance and support. The role is expected to grow in portfolio oversight, starting with projects and applications in the Sustainability domain and building in responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:
The annual base salary range for this position is between $145,000 and $178,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
