SuperChix is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys working with people, providing excellent guest service, and creating a positive and productive work environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate the team during daily operations

Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally

Maintain daily opening and closing procedures

Train coach and develop team members

Monitor labor, food cost, inventory, and waste

Ensure company policies and procedures are followed

Help achieve sales, service, and operational goals

Communicate effectively with employees and upper management

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant

What We're Looking For:

Previous restaurant or food service management experience

Serv Safe Certified preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Customer-service focused with a positive attutide

Ability to coach and hold team members accountable

Comfortable making decisions and solving problems

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
