HCT seeks an experienced Laboratory professional to serve as the interim Laboratory Services Manager, at a 100+ bed hospital in California.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Biology/Medical Technology or equivalent education/experience
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recent laboratory management combined with experience in Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science; Track record of successful TJC surveys; Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, and coaching/mentoring with the ability to motivate and engage others.
- Licensure: CA CLS License required
- Computer Skills: EPIC and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
