HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Manager, Operating Room for a 300+ bed hospital in California.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee the frontline nurses and act as the conduit between the caregivers and leadership teams.
• Communicate the organization’s goals to the nursing staff to constantly seek to improve patient experiences
• Share your knowledge with others and improve their understanding of a patient’s needs, the needs of the nursing staff, or the needs of the organization

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience: Minimum five (5) years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care hospital, with at least three (3) years in perioperative services. At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role (manager or director level) in a perioperative setting.
• License: California RN license required
• Certifications: AHA BLS required
• Computer Skills: Information systems experience and Microsoft Office suite
