Responsibilities: • Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures • Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions • Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff Qualifications: • Must have a food handling license • Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction • Understanding of national food and health safety regulations • Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred • High School Diploma Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 salary + bonus
