Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service • Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement Qualifications: • Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred • Over 3 years in food and beverage management • Must have a food handling license • Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
