Responsibilities: • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff • Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members • Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development • Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions • Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs Qualifications: • Must have a food handling license • Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus • Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction • Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards • National food and health safety regulations knowledge Compensation: $65000 - $75000 yearly
