Responsibilities: • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service • Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members • Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy • Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions Qualifications: • Understanding of national food and health safety regulations • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus • Over 3 years in food and beverage management • Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards • Food handling license required Compensation: $65,000 potential Annually Depending on Experience
