Denver Test Prep (DTP) is looking for a dynamic, experienced educator to manage our nonprofit partnerships and oversee test prep training programs. As Manager of Nonprofit Programs and Training, you’ll play a key role on a small, high-performing team at a locally owned company that’s expanding its reach and impact across Colorado. In this role, you’ll drive the success of our nonprofit programs—managing existing partnerships, building new ones, designing curriculum, tracking student outcomes, and reporting on program results. You’ll also serve as the lead instructor for a significant number of nonprofit programs, which currently focus on ACT/SAT prep for groups of 3–20 students. This position requires the ability to personally teach ACT/SAT content at a high level. Beyond instruction, you’ll lead the design and delivery of our internal training program for test prep tutors and manage our library of test prep resources.
