We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Manager of Operational Readiness to lead and coordinate the end-to-end technology preparedness for large-scale events across Peacock and our partner video streaming platforms. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and operational excellence of our global live events—working cross-functionally to align technology, operations, and executive reporting.
A strong candidate will have solid experience and a proven track record of delivering strategic large projects from planning to execution and be accountable for leveraging data, people, process, methodology, and technology to instill timely delivery.
High-level responsibilities include overseeing scope, requirements gathering, project management, project tracking and reporting, and anticipating and communicating risks and issues impactful to projects’ successful completion.
In this role you are effective at working independently and must exhibit strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work across functional areas and effectively drive multiple project efforts concurrently. You possess strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands. You are a proactive, creative, strategic thinker that is detail oriented and a problem solver.
