    Job Description

    As a Partner Development Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with key Travel & Entertainment suppliers. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch and promote exclusive deals, develop pricing and marketing strategies, manage product margins, and negotiate advertising opportunities to support both top‑line and bottom‑line growth.

    You will meet with suppliers to discuss business initiatives, pricing strategies, and upcoming opportunities. Through strong discovery and negotiation skills, you’ll secure exclusive offers for EBG. You’ll work internally to launch new products, update existing offers, fulfill supplier requests, coordinate marketing placements and provide insights that support system enhancements.

    The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable navigating backend systems, knowledgeable in website fundamentals, and quick to respond in order to drive revenue and maximize client satisfaction.

    Essential Functions

    • Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned suppliers to drive partnership growth.
    • Provide leadership, direction, and support to the Partner Development Coordinator and Associate Producer.
    • Oversee the build, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of new and existing product offers within EBG’s proprietary backend system.
    • Collaborate with the API Support team to maintain product offers, troubleshoot issues, and optimize website efficiency.
    • Negotiate supplier rates and collaborate with the Strategic Pricing team to develop competitive pricing strategies.
    • Oversee the management of product inventory as needed.
    • Analyze performance reports and develop strategic plans to increase partner sales and overall revenue impact.
    • Conduct regular audits of EBG platforms to ensure offer accuracy, brand alignment, and adherence to best practices.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to maintain EBG’s competitive positioning.
    • Develop and refine lead lists aligned with company strategy and product roadmap.
    • Deliver compelling presentations to prospective supplier partners.
    • Negotiate, sell, and manage advertising and promotional campaign opportunities.
    • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to launch offers and support marketing campaigns.
    • Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
    • Represent EBG at industry events, conferences, and supplier meetings.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing systems or the ticketing/travel industry.
    • Experience working with clients or business partners (B2B).
    • Strong analytical skills with an ROI‑focused mindset and the ability to interpret quantitative data.
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel skills for analyzing trends, building reports, and presenting insights to internal stakeholders.
    • Basic HTML proficiency (e.g., fonts, colors, spacing, links).
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and maintain strong attention to detail.
    • Collaborative, goal‑oriented team player who is resourceful and proactive.
    • High‑energy, outgoing, and skilled in building strong professional relationships.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to travel 5-10% of the time.
    • Availability to work a 9am–6pm schedule, including onsite on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and additional occasions as needed.
