    Job Description

    Fandango is looking for a Manager, Partner Relations to manage and develop Fandango at Home Transactional Video on Demand to meet and exceed performance goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and experience in organizing or promoting live events. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with external clients and cross-functional teams across Fandango, ensuring alignment and consistent progress toward shared objectives

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Maintain day-to-day relationships with the merchandising and marketing teams at all Fandango-serviced B2B clients
    • Establish merchandising plans to achieve sales goals for each individual B2B client, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities
    • Work with internal creative team(s) to produce and deliver timely and innovative static and video marketing assets for all clients
    • Maintain a visual calendar to keep all team members and executives apprised of weekly client-specific merchandising plans. Assist in communicating these plans to the Studio Relations team and our studio partners
    • Coordinate with the Fandango at Home merchandising team to develop shared promotions across Fandango at Home and partners. Where needed, manage bespoke promotions (i.e. Rewards & loyalty programs, AVOD/free content, etc.)
    • Support the Studio Relations team by reviewing content submissions and identifying strategic opportunities aligned with B2B client objectives
    • Maintain internal documents with B2B client information (calendars, discounts, etc.)
    • Onboard new partners by introducing key internal contacts and establishing best practices to ensure smooth and efficient operations
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal partners, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination
    • Curate and manage merchandise displays on the website and apps to align with promotional strategies
    • Collaborate with internal operations teams on asset deliveries and readiness for timely releases
    • Assist partners in navigating the Fandango organization as needed, connecting them with key departments such as Ticketing, Marketing, Social, Content, PR, and Finance
    • Provide strategic guidance and partnership to the rest of the Fandango at Home Merchant team
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in Retail, Sales, and/or Marketing
    • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions
    • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and drive innovative solutions
    • Extensive knowledge of and strong passion for premium content, including Film, Television, and live sports/events
    • Strong knowledge of boxing, wrestling, and soccer, including familiarity with key athletes and current trends; responsible for effectively communicating with partners about upcoming pay-per-view events and providing insightful context
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong follow-through skills and a proven ability to manage complex tasks efficiently
    • Adept at task prioritization, multitasking, and adapting in fast-paced, dynamic environments

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Film, Entertainment, Business, etc.)
    • Entertainment industry experience, preferably with a focus on e-commerce
    • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
    • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively
    • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements
    • Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams to build consensus among internal partners and drive impactful results

    Additional Job Requirements :

    • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
    • Must be willing to work in the Los Angeles, CA office.
    • Must have the ability to travel domestically for business meetings, trainings, and team events.

    This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
