    Job Description

    NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager , Post Production to support our Imagery Creation and Quality Control teams. We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and strategic problem-solver with a strong background in leadership, post production, asset management, and cross-functional workflow optimization.

    As part of NBCUniversal’s Post Production team, this role ensures the highest visual and technical standards for a constantly evolving catalog of multi-lingual titles. The team plays a pivotal role in maintaining consistency and accuracy in artwork, promotional imagery, and video—swiftly adapting content in response to strategy, quality assessments, and real-time developments.

    The ideal candidate is a Photoshop expert with extensive experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, media asset management, and creative optimization. This role requires hands-on leadership in vendor management, defining creative specifications, optimizing workflows, and managing a high volume of assets.

    The Manager, Post Production , will collaborate across multiple teams—both domestic and international—ensuring seamless execution of creative deliverables at scale.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • People & Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment while pushing towards leadership goals and team members individual growth.

    • Creative Asset Management & Optimization: Lead the adaptation of creative assets for multilingual and audience-specific needs, ensuring consistency across all media platforms.

    • Adobe Creative Cloud Expertise: Assist in the creation and optimization of marketing materials in Photoshop, maintaining the highest creative standards.

    • Workflow & System Enhancement: Define evolving requirements for media asset management (MAM/DAM) tools, ensuring efficient organization and retrieval of assets.

    • Best Practices & Organization: Develop and maintain structured asset management processes, including best practices and standardized naming conventions.

    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to enforce media specifications, best practices, and project timelines.

    • Process Automation & Optimization: Build and refine multi-team workflows using digital tools like Airtable, Slack, and Microsoft Teams to support complex, scalable workflows.

    • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
    • 2+ years’ experience of managing teams
    • 8+ years of expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a strong focus on Photoshop & Premiere Pro.
    • 8+ years of experience in media and design, with a deep understanding of post-production workflows.
    • Experience leading and managing creative projects on digital platforms.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital/media asset management (DAM/MAM) systems, and metadata structuring.
    • Proficiency in Airtable for workflow management and team coordination.
    • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
    • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration skills, managing both internal and external partners.
    • Willingness to travel for business as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Gracenote or other imagery/metadata aggregation services.
    • Proven track record in setting and achieving KPIs.
    • Passion for film, television, and sports entertainment.

    Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. This position will be based out of our Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey office.
