    Job Description

    MAKE UP FOR EVER , a subsidiary of LVMH, is looking for a Manager, Production Design , based in New York Office and reporting to the Director, North America Creative. This person will be instrumental in supporting design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with the North America regional brand strategy and resonate with the target audience.

    What You'll Do:

    • Strong production skills are a must. This role is for detail-oriented designers who have a keen eye for typography, color, and photography, and can balance creative explorations with the rigor needed for print-ready production.

    • Create high quality visual assets that speak to our target audience and meet the brand's high visual standards.

    • Partner with internal teams, external agencies, and production partners to support creative initiatives.

    • Work closely with the Marketing, E-Commerce, and Communications teams to develop designs that reflect the desired messaging and intent.

    • Use consistent visual language to create appealing campaign materials.

    • Ensure designs are optimized for use on their respective platforms including the website, social media, paid media and email marketing.

    • Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, as well as resolve any design-related issues or errors.

    • Maintain a well-organized file system and archive of design assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future reference or modifications.

    Who You Are:

    • 5–8+ years of professional design experience, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries

    • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or equivalent experience

    • Demonstrated expertise in a broad array of creative areas including print design, digital design, retail design, photography & video editing

    • Strong portfolio that demonstrates a refined aesthetic, creativity, and attention to detail

    • Advance experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and the Microsoft Suite

    • Understanding of 3D model rendering is a plus

    • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail

    • Collaborative, team player that can effectively communicate across all levels of the organization

    • Salary Range: $100,000 - $105,000 per year

    MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of experience, performance, and tenure. The bottom third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees developing in their role. The middle third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are strong performers. The upper third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are consistently high performers. While the published salary is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range.
